Some exciting changes are currently underway here at Planty. Amongst these, you may have noticed that the look of our website has recently changed as we improved our checkout experience and subscription pages.
Most importantly, we would like to announce that this week we will finally be expanding our box limit to 12 meals by releasing a brand new, larger box! This means that you will be able to choose any amount of meals in your box between 6 and 12. Changing our boxes is an important step for our journey here at Planty, as it has also allowed us to finally launch our delicious desserts this weekend!
New pricing brackets
By launching bigger and more flexible boxes, we've adapted our pricing brackets to these new box sizes (similar changes will also happen for one-off orders):

8 meals: £5.75 per meal | 9-11 meals: £5.75 per meal |
10 meals: £4.95 per meal | 12 meals: £4.95 per meal |
This pricing change allows us to maintain our prices per meal by delivering more meals per box instead of increasing the actual prices.
We are trying to keep our meals as affordable as possible, but without compromising on the quality of the ingredients or the high standards in our kitchen (including paying our chefs fairly).
As always, you have full control over your subscription, so you can:
- Change how often your order arrives, getting a delivery less frequently if needed
- You can also push back your next delivery at any point, even by just a few days if needed!
How to keep the same price per meal
- For current boxes of 6 (£6.70 / meal): No changes needed!
- For current boxes of 8 (£5.75 / meal): just add 1 (or up to 3) more meals to your subscription (at least 9 total)
- For current boxes of 10 (£4.95 / meal): just add 2 more meals to your subscription (12 total)
As always, you have full control over your subscription, so you can:
- Change how often your order arrives, getting a delivery less frequently if needed

When will this change take effect on my subscription?
Any queued deliveries which have not yet been paid for will keep their current price. After this, the new pricing will apply to any future charges.
You can find your queued deliveries by going to your account, selecting your active subscription, and then “See deliveries” in the “Deliver to” section.
