Take your dips to the next level with our Healthy Smokey Nduja Dip.

Blend it to your liking (we prefer it chunky), this one will impress your guests this festive season.

Nduja chunky

Ingredients 🗒 for 2 to share

2 peppers 2cm rough diced

¼ small red chilli, deseeded, cut into 4

Pinch salt

Sunflower oil

1tbsp tomato puree

3 Bacon rashers (diced)

2 tsp smoked paprika

½ lemon juice

1 tsp tamarind paste

½ tsp chilli paste (add more if you prefer very spicy)

50g Olive oil

20g Balsamic vinegar

Method 👩‍🍳

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/gas mark 4

  2. Add the diced peppers into the oven with the red chilli, salt and sunflower for 15 minutes at 180c.

  3. Remove from the oven and mix in the rest of the ingredients (apart from the oil and balsamic). Add back into the oven for 5 minutes.

  4. Take out of the oven, blitz with the olive oil and balsamic until the dip looks roughly chopped or take it further if you like it more smooth. season with salt and pepper, add into the fridge to cool.

  5. Enjoy with crunchy tortilla chips.
