Vegan brioche loaf or white loaf - 4 sliced thickly

200ml alpro soya cream

2tbsp cornflour

1tbsp vanilla extract

100g caster Sugar

1tbsp ground cinnamon

2 peaches - sliced
-
3 tbsp soya yoghurt
Method 👩🍳
- Heat up a large nonstick frying pan on a medium heat.
- Mix the cream, cornflour and vanilla and half the sugar sugar in a bowl.
- Butter both sides of the bread then dip the slices of bread into the bowl, one at a time.
- Once dipped, add into the pan and cook each side for 2 minutes or until it's golden brown and crispy on the outside but soft in the middle.
- Mix the rest of the sugar and cinnamon together on a plate.
- Remove the toast from the pan and coat them in the sugar.
- Add the peach slices to the same pan and roast until golden and soft.
- Layer the french toast on a plate, add the peaches on the top followed by the soya yoghurt.
