18,000 tonnes of pumpkin are said to be wasted after Halloween every year 😱 . Let's shake things up with something new, fun and delicious to avoid food waste: Pumpkin Crisps!

  1. Heat up the over at 200 C

  2. Chop up some pumpkin into thin slices of your favourite shape: rectangles, circles, decagons, etc

  3. Place on baking tray and drizzle your shapes with olive oil. Season with salt & pepper, then toss to coat

  4. Pop into the oven and cook until crisp.
